This Policy applies to All employees (regular, temporary, contract, and outsourced),Students, Faculty members, Officers, Directors, Vendors, Contractors, Third-party representatives
The University prohibits bribery and corruption in any form, including Offering, promising, giving, or receiving bribes, Soliciting or accepting kickbacks, Engaging in extortion or coercion, Making facilitation payments
Employees must report any suspected bribery or corruption to their supervisor or the University's Compliance Officer, Students must report any suspected bribery or corruption to the University's Compliance Officer or the Dean of Students.
Disciplinary action (up to termination), Criminal prosecution, Financial penalties and Damage to reputation
The University will regularly monitor and review this Policy to ensure effectiveness.
This Policy will be reviewed and revised annually or as needed.
