Employees and workers can report concerns or complaints through Designated HR representatives, Anonymous reporting systems, University ombudsman

Protecting Those Reporting Dissemination

The University is committed to protecting individuals who report concerns or dissemination, including Whistleblower protection, Confidentiality and anonymity, No retaliation or victimization, Prompt investigation and action

Implementation and Monitoring

The University has established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) to address grievances, Regular training and awareness programs will be conducted.

This policy will be reviewed and revised every two years or as needed.
